Returns

The watch can only be returned if it has been unpacked only to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it. The watch must not be worn and must always be returned by appointment. LifeTime Watches will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of the return notification, provided the watch is received in good condition.
