Easy returns

Returns are possible within 5 working days of receipt, but only for watches ordered via our webshop. Throughout the return period, the watch, packaging, and all accessories must be handled with care. The watch can only be returned if it has been unpacked solely to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it. The watch must not be worn, and returns must always be arranged by appointment.

LifeTime Watches will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after the return is registered, provided the watch is received in good condition.
