Easy returns

Returns are possible up to 14 days after receipt, only if the watch was ordered via the webshop.

Returns are possible up to 5 working days after receipt. During the reflection period, the watch, packaging, and all accessories must be handled carefully. The watch can only be returned if the watch has been unpacked only to the extent necessary to assess whether the watch is to be kept, the watch must not be worn and must always be returned by appointment.

LifeTime Watches will refund the purchase amount due within 14 days after notification, provided the watch is received in good condition.
