Returns are possible up to 5 days upon receipt, only when it watch via the webshop has been ordered .

Returns are possible up to 5 working days after receipt. During the cooling-off period, the watch, packaging and all accessories must be handled with care . The watch can only be returned if the watch has only been unpacked to the extent necessary to assess whether the watch wishes to be kept , the watch may not be worn and must always be returned by appointment .

LifeTime Watches will refund the amount due within 14 days after notification, provided the watch has been received as sold.
