Deposit Policy

At LifeTime Watches we strive for 100% satisfaction and only deliver watches of top quality – new, vintage and pre-owned. Many of our models are purchased on request, tailored to your specific wishes. To make this service possible, we apply the following deposit and ordering conditions:

1. Deposit as confirmation of the order

When you have a watch purchased by us on request, we ask for a deposit. This deposit confirms the order and is binding. Once the deposit is received, we immediately start working to find, purchase and reserve the watch for you.

2. Specific purchase on request

Watches that we purchase at your request – whether it is a new model or a rare vintage configuration – are reserved specifically for you. This means that cancelling or modifying the order after approval is no longer possible. These models are often less common and fall outside our regular stock.

3. No refund upon cancellation

Because we invest time, money and effort in purchasing a specific watch that is not standard in our assortment, we cannot refund the deposit in case of cancellation. The deposit serves as compensation for incurred costs and the financial risk we bear as a business.

4. Warranty on top quality

We only deliver watches in excellent condition. Whether it concerns a new, pre-owned or vintage model – the condition of the watch will be clearly discussed with you beforehand. Transparency and quality are our top priorities.

5. Solution for deviations

In the rare case that the watch upon delivery does not match what was agreed – for example due to a faulty execution or unexpected damage – we will of course work together with you to find a suitable solution.
