If you are not satisfied with something, please send your complaint via email to info@lifetimewatches.nl, including a clear description of the complaint, the possible reference number of your LifeTime Watches certificate, and the phone number where you can be reached. 

Upon receipt of the complaint, LifeTime Watches will contact you by phone within 2 working days to discuss the complaint and provide a solution

"If the complaint is found to be valid, LifeTime Watches will replace or repair the delivered products free of charge. Since LifeTime Watches believes that the service must be of at least the same high quality as the watch itself, we place great value on our customers, products, and the corresponding service."
