If you are not 100% satisfied, please send your complaint by email to info@lifetimewatches.com, including a clear description of the complaint, the reference number of your LifeTime Watches certificate if applicable, and the phone number where you can be reached.

Upon receiving the complaint, LifeTime Watches will contact you by telephone within 2 working days to discuss the complaint and propose a solution.

If the complaint is found to be justified, LifeTime Watches will replace or repair the delivered products free of charge. We believe that the quality of service should be just as high as the quality of the watch itself, and attach great importance to all of our customers, products, and accompanying services.
