If repairs are carried out or parts replaced by a non-recognized Rolex dealer, the entire warranty becomes void.

Delivery Time

It is also possible to purchase the watch with free insured shipping. In this case, we ask for your wrist size in advance so we can adjust the bracelet. The delivery time, in combination with insured shipping, is 2-3 business days.

Returns

Returns are possible up to 5 business days after receipt, only if the order was placed via the website. During the reflection period, the watch, its packaging, and all accessories must be handled carefully. The watch can only be returned if it has been unpacked only to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it. The watch must not be worn and must always be returned by appointment. LifeTime Watches will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of the return notification, provided the watch is received in good condition.
