Returns & Cooling-Off Period

Did you order your watch online via our webshop? As a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the moment you receive the watch.

During this period, the watch may only be viewed and assessed to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it. Therefore, handle the watch, packaging, and all accompanying accessories with care.

Would you like to return your purchase? Please contact us within the cooling-off period. The watch must be returned complete and in the same condition in which it was received.

After receiving and inspecting the return shipment, we will refund the amount due within the statutory period.

Please note: the statutory right of withdrawal applies to online purchases by consumers. Watches purchased in person at our showroom are not covered by a standard right of return.
