Reservation Policy

At LifeTime Watches, we understand that choosing the perfect watch can take time. That is why we offer the option to reserve watches. To make this process smooth and fair, the following terms apply for reservations longer than 24 hours:

1. Reservation longer than 24 hours

If you want to reserve a watch for longer than 24 hours, we ask for a reservation fee of € 250. This fee serves as confirmation of the reservation and ensures that the watch is held for you.

2. Credit of the reservation fee

If you convert the reservation into a purchase, the reservation fee will be fully credited against the final purchase price of the watch.

3. Reservation and payment of the reservation fee

The reservation fee must be paid in advance to make the reservation final. Without payment of this fee, we cannot hold the watch for you.

4. Cancellation and expiration of the reservation

If you decide to cancel the reservation, the reservation fee will be forfeited as compensation for the reserved time and potential loss of sale. We therefore advise you to think carefully before making a reservation.
