The warranty does not apply in cases of wear due to normal use. Think, for example, of scratches on the metal band or bezel. In the event of loss, theft, or damage due to improper use, no claim can be made under the warranty.

If repairs are carried out or parts replaced by a non-recognized Rolex dealer, the entire warranty becomes void.

Delivery Time

At LifeTime Watches, you can view the watch before you purchase it. The advantage of this is that the bracelet can be adjusted to size, and the watch can be immediately taken into possession. It is also possible to purchase the watch with free insured shipping. In this case, we ask for your wrist size in advance so we can adjust the bracelet. The delivery time, in combination with insured shipping, is 2-3 business days.

Returns

Returns are possible up to 5 business days after receipt, only if the order was placed via the website. During the reflection period, the watch, its packaging, and all accessories must be handled carefully. The watch can only be returned if it has been unpacked only to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it. The watch must not be worn and must always be returned by appointment. LifeTime Watches will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of the return notification, provided the watch is received in good condition.
