Oyster Perpetual Datejust
The Rolex Datejust, launched in 1945, was the first automatic, water-resistant chronograph wristwatch to display the date in a window at the 3 o'clock position on the dial. This is where the name "Datejust" comes from. With its timeless design, practical features, and rich history, the Datejust is an icon in the watch industry and one of Rolex's most recognizable watches.
Furthermore, the Datejust was fitted with a new style of bracelet at its debut, namely the Jubilee bracelet, which was specially designed for this model.
