At LifeTime Watches, you can view the watch before you buy it. The advantage of this is that the band can be tailored immediately and the watch can be owned immediately. It is also possible to buy the watch via free insured shipping. In this case we ask your wrist size to adjust the band in advance. The delivery time in combination with the insured shipping is 2-3 working days.

Returns

Returns are possible up to 5 working days after receipt, only when ordering through the website. During the reflection period, the watch, its packaging and all accessories must be handled with care. The watch can only be returned if the watch is only unpacked to the extent necessary to judge whether the watch wishes to be kept, the watch may not be worn and must always be returned by appointment. LifeTime Watches will refund the purchase amount due within 14 days of notification, provided the watch has been received in good order.

With the warranty and the LifeTime Watches certificate of authenticity, you can enjoy your Rolex carefree. 

The warranty does not apply in case of wear and tear due to normal use. Think for example of scratches on the metal band or bezel. In case of loss, theft and damage due to improper use, you cannot claim the warranty.

If maintenance is performed or parts are replaced by an unauthorized Rolex dealer, the full warranty is void.
