GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ROLEX DATEJUST 1601 GIVEAWAY

Article 1 – General

1.1 This action 'Rolex giveaway' is organized by LifeTime Watches located in Woerden, hereinafter referred to as "Organizer".
1.2 By participating in this Contest, all participants agree to the following General Terms and Conditions.
1.3 This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media channels.

Article 2 – Action Period

2.1 The prize draw runs from February 1 to and including [September 1, 2025] (hereinafter referred to as the "Action Period").
2.2 The Organizer reserves the right to extend, shorten, or terminate the Action Period if circumstances require it.

Article 3 – Participation Conditions

3.1 Participation in the Contest is free and without purchase obligation.
3.2 Employees of the Organizer and their family members (or other parties directly involved in the organization of the Prize Draw) are excluded from participation.
3.3 To validly participate, participants must during the Action Period:

• Subscribe to the newsletter

3.4 Submissions received after the Action Period or that are incomplete will not be eligible for the prize.

Article 4 – The Price

4.1 The price consists of 1x Rolex Datejust 36 1601 (€5000,-).
4.2 The stated value of the Prize is based on the recommended retail price at the time of publication of the Contest. No rights can be derived from prize mentions.
4.3 The Price is personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.

Article 5 – Drawing and announcement of the winner

5.1 The winner will be selected by a draw from all valid entries.
5.2 The draw will take place within 7 days after the end of the Action Period.
5.3 The winner will be announced via Instagram.
5.4 If the winner does not come forward within 7 days of the announcement or does not meet the participation requirements, the right to the Prize will lapse. The Organizer is then entitled to designate a new winner by means of a draw.

Article 6 – Liability

6.1 Participation is at your own risk. The Organizer is not liable for any (direct or indirect) damage arising from or related to the Contest.
6.2 If the Contest has to be adjusted or canceled unexpectedly for technical or legal reasons, the Organizer cannot be held liable for this.

Article 7 – Personal Data and Privacy

7.1 The personal data that the Organizer receives in the context of this Promotion will be treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
7.2 The Organizer uses the personal data solely for:

• 'The execution of this Win Action and/or for communication purposes regarding the Win Action (such as contact with the winner).'
• 'The sending of newsletters, if the participant has registered during the Contest or has given permission to receive this newsletter.'

Article 8 – Fraud and Exclusion

8.2 Participants who engage in spam or troll behavior and/or who act in violation of Instagram's community guidelines may also be excluded.

Article 9 – Other Provisions

9.1 In cases not provided for by these Terms, the Organizer shall decide.
9.2 These general terms and conditions can be found on the website of the Organizer and come into effect at the start of the Contest.
